Your food will be placed in a 3-hour freezer bag at 5 pm.
Each food item purchased will have cooking instructions on the label/package.
Shoot us an email or call during open business hours and we can let you know when we expect the item back in stock.
It could be either, depending on what we have in stock. If you have a preference, enter that in the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to honor that, but unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee it either way.

Double check your email you received with your locker number and combination. Make sure they match up completely. If you are still unable to get into your locker, call or text 678-250-6442 for further assistance.
The lockers are located on the porch, on the far side of the building that faces the Vet’s office.

Yes. When you are at the check out page, there is an option for in-store pickup. You may pick up your purchases in store anytime Tues-Sat from 10-5.
If you have chosen “locker pick up” and are unable to let us know prior to 5 pm when it is placed in the locker, it will have to be thrown away. All sales will be considered final at checkout.
